I am a loyal Nike consumer and have worn by means of literally about 6-7 pairs of the previous model, the Air Monarch III, more than the last few years. I didn't notice much of a distinction at initially when I started wearing the IV's, but about 3-four weeks in, they began squeaking. I purchased two pairs and figured it was just a flukey thing so I began wearing the other pair, and like clockwork, they had been squeaking inside the identical time period. It is my understanding that this is a production problem, not a design issue. The two pairs had been purchased alot more than a month apart in two separate regions, which raises questions about Nike good quality control. I named Nike corporate and they seemed disinterested. Hope they uncover a fix. The Air Monarch III's were amazing shoes and it really is a bummer that they've screwed up its successor.
Comfortable, yes. But not wearable. Really loud squeaking started just a week or so immediately after I purchased them. Will need to have looked at reviews first I guess.
